Phil learned the trade working alongside his father, uncles, cousins, and longtime family friends, seasoned concrete professionals with experience in bridge construction and large-scale concrete projects throughout the East Coast dating back to the late 1970s. That hands-on foundation continues to shape Proline Concrete's commitment to quality workmanship, practical problem-solving, and getting the job done right.
